guess factor in the %'s of ability reqs... iono, guess ill bump it, would be nice

a) 4 int -> 1 CL ... if you saw it happen from 3 it means you already had +1 over what was needed from the previous trickle point.

b) that only works if you have a single ability ... if you start looking at skills that have multiple abilities as a base, especially with differing %s, then it becomes pretty complicated.

calcs are simple, really. the amount your being buffed for divided by 4 times the percent. I'm not logged in, so the percents won't be correct, but an example:

assume full auto is 50% stamina and 50% strength (I think that may be right, but don't quote me)

an ability buff of 50 stamina would yield:

(50/4)*.50
which is 6.25. round down to 6 Smiley
