Not sure viable this is, but for instance if i was to type !friends, it would show who's online out of all of a set list of people (that are manually added) !friend add reids for instance

!friend add reids
!friend add reids2
!friend add reids3
!friend add reids4
!friend add reids5

So say reids, reids2, reids3 are online. I do the !friends command and it shows me (like if you do !online for an org) that those 3 are online.

Thoughts? :p

Edit: Also maybe with some alt adding ability?

It's pretty doable. Sounds useful as well.
Just need someone to code it Smiley
What isn't remembered never happened.
Memory is merely a record.
You just need to rewrite that record.

Not sure I understand the point of it, or rather, what you're trying to ask exactly...

You're trying to have a "friends list" on a bot?

Well, my main use for it was gonna be for NW, so for instance add all the known twinks to the bot, do !friends (or !clams) and it shows the clan twinks that we've submitted that are online.

Oh, so without that person being on a friend list... basically keep "track" of them being online?

You could do !notify on that person.

It will alert when they log online/offline. Tried that?

Yeah the thought had crossed my mind, but ideally it would be in a list in case you're not around to see them logon.

/cc addbuddy <name here>

problem solved.
Some women have been known to willingly "ingest" a certain dubious "body fluid" made by men, during moments of "intimacy." (These moments are known as "blow jobs." These women are known as "awesome.")

I simply don't get why this would be needed.
First off, you can add them to your private channel as a member..they can add alts there..
Secondly, if you don't want them in the private channel you can use !notify add. they will show up on your !online.
As an alternative , you can make a second bot to handle a separate !online or change the !online to !friends.. Add them to notify there.
What your asking for is a change in !online as well as additional information in the database. I personally feel that it would be easier to use the options I listed above.  While all ideas are great, sometimes alternatives are much easier for the community  as a whole.

Ok, I modified my KOS plugin.  You can have the bot keep a buddy list for you now using the "friend" command.

This is actually a very good plugin. The only request that I have been asked is assign the friends list to the main and have it tied to their registered alts as well. That way they dont have to have separate lists.
I was thinking of adding that function soon. However, I am waiting for the server merger first, to get Vhabot ready for that before making any changes to plugins.
